Anan Chuitong

In 2004, with nothing more than a small grill, a handful of family recipes, and an unwavering passion for hospitality, Anan Chuitong opened a modest beachside eatery in Hua Hin.

What started as a simple dream to share the flavors he loved has grown into one of Hua Hin's most beloved dining destinations. Anan's vision was clear from the beginning: combine the warmth of Thai hospitality with the finest international cuisine.

Over two decades, Talay Bar & Grill has evolved while staying true to its roots. From our early days grilling fresh catches of the day to introducing our premium steak program and sushi bar, every step has been guided by our commitment to quality and community.
